Assures that the Concrete crew acts with integrity and employs ethical behavior during all stages of the project and follows the Shiel Sexton “Expect More” brand.
Forming slab on grade, walls, structural decks, sitework, etc.
Completes tasks with a high attention to detail.
Requirements

Experience in building and setting anchor bolt templates.
Experience in Peri/Symons panels setting and wrecking.
Requires adequate vision (corrected) and hearing so as not to pose hazard to self or others.
Must know how to use a laser;
Preferred OSHA 10 certification, construction specific
Must have 3-5 years of carpentry experience
Safety including scaffold systems, shoring, weather protection and installation of fall protection systems;
Carpenters require a broad range of physical abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate through verbal communication.
Requires alertness to potential hazards common to a construction site.
Formwork knowledge for walls, columns, etc.
Layout including building lines, elevations, wall, and partition layout
Commercial construction experience preferred
Must know how to use a transit/tapeon laser
Safety including scaffold systems, shoring, weather protection, and installation of fall protection systems.
Exhibits an established and growing technical expertise in the field.
