Implement and maintain weld rod/filler material controls.
Develop and implement Project Specific Inspection & Test Plans.
Supervise QC Inspectors, including Third Party Inspectors, and provide daily assignments.
Ensure compliance with Project Codes, Specifications and Drawings.
Develop and maintain required Project Quality Records and Documentation.
Maintain Welder/Welding Operator Performance Qualifications (WPQ’s).
Ensure welding is performed to approve WPS’s and welders are qualified.
Ensure QC Inspectors follow the HSE Requirements applicable for their work scope.
Maintain Inspection and CAR/NCR Logs in conjunction with the Project Quality Manager.
Implement Project Specific Quality Procedures.
Assist with development of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and provide Inspection Support as required.
Review Quality Records/Documents for correctness and completeness.
Implement Project Quality Management Plan for their Craft discipline.
