Executive Director in Training - Isle at Raider Ranch

Description

• Learn management of each department to ensure compliance with guidelines, budgets, and standards.
• Participate in daily stand‑up meetings.
• Perform human resources and payroll tasks such as new‑hire paperwork and timecard adjustments.
• Interact with residents and families, address concerns, and resolve business‑office issues.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop marketing plans, meet sales goals, and monitor upcoming move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Review accounts receivable and assist in collection efforts, including calls and correspondence.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Leadership, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (5 years preferred).
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be computer proficient; Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrate desire to grow, learn, and willingness to relocate within Texas.
