  • Prioritize customer incidents and service requests based on severity and overall ability to perform job function
  • Perform issue resolution for incoming help requests via phone and ticket system from end users including troubleshooting, installing, and upgrading software and hardware
  • Identify and escalate incidents to proper teams; take ownership of critical incidents until ownership has been transferred
  • Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards
  • Respond to incidents and service requests within Service Level Agreements, document progress and resolution within the company ticketing and tracking system
  • Assist in the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues

  • Recent graduate to 2 years of technical support experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems on a LAN/WLAN

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or technology-related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
