Serves as escalation point for Tier 3 technical issues and complex integrations.
Conducts annual spend analysis, license forecasting, and usage optimization across the enterprise, business units, service groups, and geographies.

Strong proven expertise in the fundamentals of Agile/Scrum, Project Management, PowerPlatform, ISO19650, Prosci Change Management, and ITIL4.
