- As our On Site Gas Turbine Specialist part of the team under our Leader's skillful supervision; you'll execute assignments according to GEV EHS and Quality requirements to fulfilling the needs of the customer with performing manual repairs using your experience with large lathes, boring bars, drills and mills as assigned.
- Ensure all field documentation is completed: Safety Observations, Quality Documents, daily turnover logs and customer final reports.
- Specialist duties will include but not be limited to: projects as assigned by OSS management, aiming to development of innovative service offerings, delivery of training and knowledge to broader OSS team, to drive our customer-centric culture to the sites as assigned.
- Typical repair activities to include Turbine rotor machining, Turbine casing machining repairs and valve seat retrofits to component upgrades.

- Ability and willingness to work overtime and 2nd shift
- Ability and willingness to travel globally significantly to the Work sites with NO restrictions, both domestic and international locations where work is assigned
- Experience with portable machining repairs & ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal customer facing communication skills
- BA or Technical College or High school/GED diploma plus at least 4 years of mechanical repair /manual machining related experience
- High degree of mechanical knowledge with machining and repair of Gas Turbine power equipment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Gas Turbine Repair/Upgrade or/ Field Services
- Be proficient in all aspects of the On-Site machining (OSM) service offering to be able to independently complete assignments to the satisfaction of the customer.
- You will bring your natural leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow in this ever-evolving industry.
