Proposal Writer/Marketing Specialist

Description

• Focused report preparation and presentation content design.
• Reliably communicate the firm’s professional qualifications and value through RFP responses.
• Exercising considerable care in following directions and various project control documents.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including one-pagers and project profiles to effectively showcase our service offerings.
• Proposal management (go/no-go process, track proposal lifespan, and wins/losses).
• Enhance CRM usage; Update and maintain database with current projects, clients and opportunities.
• Coordinate company participation in industry and community events.
• Supporting marketing & business development initiatives across regional offices.
• Establish and maintain templated materials for all service offerings to ensure consistency and efficiency in content creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience preparing complex proposals in response to RFP/Qs preferred, not necessary.
• Capable of multitasking in a deadline driven environment. This demanding position will require motivated, flexible individuals to work on various tasks related to marketing, projects, and internal data management.
• Experience organizing teams and coordinating project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Should have good planning and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in software applications InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry terminology and procedures preferred.
• Have the ability to communicate proficiently, both written and verbally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrate organizational skills, and attention to detail.
