Ensure internal policies and controls are complied with including data integrity, asset protection, segregation of duties, budgeting, financial reporting, information systems and adherence to corporate policies (GAAP, SOX compliance, etc.).
Support Flux analysis and reporting requirements.
Perform the daily, monthly, and quarterly PP&E accounting activities to ensure timely recording of PP&E financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Prepare documentation and lead correspondence with Internal and External Auditors.
Extract, compile, review, and analyze information from a variety of financial and non-financial systems.
Participate in CAPEX project management and coordination.
Work closely with Manufacturing Operations and Project Teams as needed.
Participate in process improvements and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage to routine and work remotely without supervision.
Two to four years of experience in finance or accounting at a manufacturing company and /or public accounting preferred.
Adherence to PP&E authoritative US GAAP guidance (ASC 360).
Must be well organized and detail oriented with the ability to solve problems.
Strong knowledge of the capitalization of costs including accounting for capital projects, capitalized interest and fixed asset ledger maintenance.
Ability to effectively communicate and interface with all levels throughout the company.
