CSA Supervisor

Description

The successful candidate will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

• Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
• Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
• Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations.
• Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.
• Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
• Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
• Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met
• Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
• Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
• Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
• Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability.
• Work with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry

Requirements

You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.

We have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Dublin.

• Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
• At least 7 years relevant experience
