Maintain and enforce access control procedures
Identify and deal with security exposure, violations, hazards and suspicious activities and report same
Ensure the protection of tenant employees, property and information through enforcement of access control and property removal process
Ensure all relevant matters are brought to the attention of Security in an efficient manner without fail
Conduct access control duties in respective tower assignment as required
Provide after-hours lock up and morning open up
Maintained and enforced access control procedures
Respond and have accountability for resolution of customer concerns/complaints
Maintain safe working practices and will demonstrate same to co-workers
Complete CF Serve and Secure program and recertification annually
Conduct fire watches and other area checks in respective tower assignment as required

Obtained and will maintain a valid Security Guard license and comply with PSISA and its regulations, as amended from time to time
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, some lifting up to 20 pounds
Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Current CPR and First Aid Certificates preferred
Minimum one year general security experience preferred
Diploma in Security preferred
