Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions among stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
Demonstrated success operating within a complex and / or global organizational environment.
Skilled in system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performing critical health checks under high-pressure environments.
Hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies (CUCM, UCCX, CUBE) and telephony integration platforms (Cloud-based telephony platforms, MS Teams).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and telecommunications
Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, with a strong understanding of business needs and priorities (mandatory).
Proficient in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and site-to-site VPN setups.
