The Middle East team is seeking an experienced Large Projects Capturing Lead Engineer to drive the pursuit of governmental and complex private megaprojects. The role involves developing win strategies, leading technical proposal development, and managing the capture process from opportunity identification through contract award.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering (a Business Administration qualification is a plus) and possess at least ten years of experience in large‑scale project capture. Strong communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and project‑management skills, together with proficiency in MS Office and proposal‑management software, are required.
