Support the Procurement Manager in monitoring supply chain performance and identifying issues.
Liaise with the wider Project Team on all procurement matters, providing updates on lead times and potential supply risks.
Conduct meetings with potential and existing suppliers to foster strong relationships and ensure compliance with site-specific requirements.
Promote sustainability in line with Ferrovial’s Sustainability Process.
Source materials and equipment, balancing quality, service, risk, and cost considerations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships with operations leadership, site teams, and suppliers.
Perform additional duties as required to assist the Procurement and Commercial teams.
Maintain accurate records of supplier quotations, negotiations, orders, and correspondence.
Utilize ERP systems and tools for procurement processes and reporting.
Attend internal project meetings to report on procurement progress.
Create and process purchase orders in accordance with Ferrovial Construction Procurement Procedures, based on requisitions from Site Operations Teams.
