As an Executive Assistant to the General Manager - Construction, this pivotal, fast-paced role is responsible for providing support in the delivery of key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations.

Provide regular updates and insights to the GM on all business reporting areas
Organise employee recognition initiatives, including staff birthdays, quarterly awards, and other relevant celebrations
Compile, verify and distribute departmental reporting to inform cross-functional strategy and execution
Plan and deliver events, measuring success through feedback from key stakeholders
Coordinate and support meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and taking minutes
Contribute to building a fun, collaborative and inclusive culture across departments and teams
Builds and maintains absolute trust, handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
Operates two steps ahead - anticipating needs and staying across priorities before they arise
Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time, accurately, and to a high standard
Proactively manage the GMs diary and email, ensuring they are organised, time-efficient and have flexibility
