Installers travel to residential or commercial buildings to install equipment, troubleshoot problems, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion. This role requires adherence to safety standards and company policies while maintaining professionalism and integrity on each project.
Key duties include general construction labor such as digging, back‑filling trenches, and site cleanup, as well as assisting with product installations under supervision. Installers load, carry, and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lb, enter confined spaces like crawl spaces and basements, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Teamwork, positive relationships, and supporting team goals are essential, and additional tasks may be assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
Qualifications include knowledge of trade‑specific tools, prior construction experience, and a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license. Candidates must be able to lift objects up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and perform strenuous labor under adverse conditions.
