- Undertakes Program Manager responsibilities for major projects ($2.0+million annual billing).
- Duties include initial project research, preparation of proposal/contract, preparation of project work plan and schedule, plan production and management of plan production staff, plan processing and management of plan processing efforts, construction administration and project close out efforts
- Reviews project reports and performance metrics to track project progress and budget. Leads successful projects (profit, on-schedule, quality, satisfied client).

- Work directly with clients and directing a project staff with varied levels of experience and expertise

- Consistently deliver proactive communication with clients. When client issues arise, address or expeditiously escalate to discipline lead
- Sharing Information: Conveying up-to date information in the most efficient and useful manner to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions, effectively implement and document for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepares and follows comprehensive Project Framework Instructions and proper work planning for a project. Ensures proper staff is assigned and utilized on their projects.
- Takes active steps in the pursuit of winning new business or additional opportunities with existing clients and is responsible for assigned portion of office sales goal. Assists and/or leads team in pursuit of new work (repeat work, SOQ and Proposals). Develops and/or executes project Win strategy.
- Coordinate client management and marketing efforts for future work
- Manage multi-discipline design teams providing design services to Federal clients
- Develop relationships with clients and teaming partners that allows for ease in communications and problem solving
- Initiate and lead kickoff calls or high-level design calls with client in addition to preparing monthly forecasting and client cost estimates when appropriate
- Fosters a Learning Culture: Creating an inspiring and engaging atmosphere where people feel motivated to grow, experiment, and learn new skills.
- Executes Strategy: Ensuring that people remain focused on accomplishing strategic goals by thoughtfully planning tasks and overcoming obstacles.
- In addition to project management duties, this Senior Program Manager will have business development duties to include assisting SF330 preparation and involvement in professional organizations

- BS or MS Degree in Engineering or Architecture
