Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.
Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.

Physical ability to lift 75 lbs. and be able to work within non-climate-controlled environments.
Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers.
Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; Customer service experience is a plus.
