- Liaise with RTOs and assessors to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.
- Verify and maintain up-to-date records of operator tickets, licences, and VOC results.
- Coordinate and manage the Verification of Competency (VOC) process for all plant operators.
- Schedule and organise VOC assessments with site supervisors, assessors, and trainers.
- Generate compliance and audit reports for management and client requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of training and competency management systems.
- Monitor expiry dates and coordinate timely reassessments to maintain operator currency.

- Confident using training and compliance management systems (e.g., 3D Safety).
- Strong understanding of plant operations, competency frameworks, and WHS compliance.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Current driver’s licence and RII tickets for plant such as Loader, Haul Truck, Telehandler, Excavator, or similar.
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction, civil, mining, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent coordination and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience liaising with RTOs, assessors, and site-based teams.
