Key responsibilities include defining a clear AI product vision and roadmap, collaborating with Technology, Design, Data, Operations, GTM and Strategy teams, and identifying emerging AI technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI to shape future opportunities. The Lead will engage senior stakeholders, drive product experimentation, and support enterprise‑wide technology initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AI technologies, trends and strategies, with proven product leadership experience and a track record of delivering technology product strategies and roadmaps in a SaaS or tech‑driven environment. Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to lead, mentor and empower diverse teams.
Desirable experience includes cultivating partnerships with SaaS or technology providers, overseeing complex product portfolios, driving organisational change, and bringing AI products to market with strategic impact. Knowledge of emerging AI applications and a history of challenging conventional thinking are also valued.
The role offers a competitive salary, a 12‑month fixed term, and locations in Nottingham and London with travel as needed.
