We are seeking a highly experienced Lift Engineer to join our team and make an immediate impact. The role involves assessing our existing lift portfolio—primarily across residential sites—identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing expert technical recommendations. You will also be responsible for overseeing contractor performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Extensive experience in lift engineering across a range of suppliers, including MacPuarsa, Stannah, Kleemann, and Kollmorgen.
Strong technical knowledge of lift systems, including diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and make well-informed decisions.
Deep understanding of UK lift regulations, compliance frameworks, and health & safety legislation.
Highly desirable: Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
Highly desirable: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Lift Engineering, LEIA membership.
