Support and lead HSE for specific operational projects by providing industry experience and specialized knowledge
Supporting operations and Project Leadership in managing risk by:
analyze HSE training needs and provide recommendations of training to ensure competency and awareness of workers
Analyzing data from reports to review existing preventative programs and make recommendations for new preventative initiatives
Attending all HSE applicable meetings
On-site engagement to influence commitment from all MN workers to comply with all HSE requirements
enhancing our safe work procedures by utilizing lessons learned
Engaging and collaborating with field leaders when doing site inspections
analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities of improvement
advising on safety topics
Facilitating safety-related education training
consulting for operations on new project site specific safety plans

Previous 3+ years experience working in the construction industry would be a strong asset
Driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites with own vehicle

Well organized with an ability to effectively set and manage competing priorities
Must be comfortable working within a deadline driven fast paced environment
Effective communicator with the ability to develop and sustain productive working relationships with employees, subcontractors and other stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft office including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
