This job is performed in a large distribution center warehouse environment.
Motivate employees to meet productivity goals and efficiency goals.
Work closely with our maintenance mechanics to ensure that Dematic system is fully operational.
Ensure that staff is appropriately trained in picking/packing, and quality control.
Provide supervision to team leaders and warehouse associates who are assigned to pick and pack orders utilizing Dematic warehouse automation.

The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
The ability to safely operate appropriate powered industrial trucks. Training will be provided.
The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment.
Attention to detail and good time management skills.
Ability to operate computers and/or relevant warehouse computer software.
Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities.
Fluency in Spanish
The ability to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift.
