You’ll interpret the BCA using both your own knowledge and experience as well as our AI tool to deliver industry-grade reports , identify creative solutions, and help project teams deliver compliant outcomes that protect design intent and enhance quality.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with architects, engineers and, builders to provide design-led compliance advice from concept through to completion.

Liaise with architects and consultants
Conduct detailed BCA/NCC assessments and provide compliance advice.
Participate in both coordination meetings and design workshops
Review drawings and documentation
Prepare BCA reports and documentation for certification and approvals.

Requirements

graduate degree

bca/ncc

3+ years

class 2-9

communication

Graduate Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Solid knowledge of BCA/NCC requirements and construction legislation.
3 or more years experience working on Class 2–9 developments.
Excellent communication skills.
