  • Actively demonstrate the values of the Weidner Customer Service Vision to team members, associates and external customers
  • Prompt, regular attendance; wear company dress code / uniform & maintain professional appearance at all times
  • Generate reports to reconcile monthly insurance policy payment processing fee
  • Actively participate in a positive team environment through teamwork, communication and excellence in service; communicate regularly with the Risk Management Specialist
  • Attach documentation into software system
  • Generate and analyze reports to reconcile monthly fees
  • Input key data into Yardi software system
  • Validate residents’ insurance evidence
  • Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all Weidner policies and procedures as well as all Fair Housing, local, state/province, and federal laws
  • Communicate via email with Weidner properties on non-compliance documentation

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours, when necessary
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, customers and team members
  • Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
  • Proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and asking questions; Ability to analyze data
  • Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products required (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); Willing and able to learn new software programs
  • Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and/or independently
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and sound judgment
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the Kirkland home office
  • Valid and current driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis
  • Strong problem-solving skills required
  • Proficiency with ten key is a plus
  • Some data entry experience required
  • Ability to execute tasks with precision and efficiency
