- Actively demonstrate the values of the Weidner Customer Service Vision to team members, associates and external customers
- Prompt, regular attendance; wear company dress code / uniform & maintain professional appearance at all times
- Generate reports to reconcile monthly insurance policy payment processing fee
- Actively participate in a positive team environment through teamwork, communication and excellence in service; communicate regularly with the Risk Management Specialist
- Attach documentation into software system
- Generate and analyze reports to reconcile monthly fees
- Input key data into Yardi software system
- Validate residents’ insurance evidence
- Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all Weidner policies and procedures as well as all Fair Housing, local, state/province, and federal laws
- Communicate via email with Weidner properties on non-compliance documentation

- Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours, when necessary
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, customers and team members
- Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
- Proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and asking questions; Ability to analyze data
- Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products required (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); Willing and able to learn new software programs
- Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and/or independently
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and sound judgment
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the Kirkland home office
- Valid and current driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Proficiency with ten key is a plus
- Some data entry experience required
- Ability to execute tasks with precision and efficiency
