The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for driving institutional sales, managing key accounts, ensuring governance compliance, and supporting working capital and competitive strategy across the region.   • Derive insights on product/service quality, site issues, supply challenges, competitor activity, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with application subsidiaries and channel partners.
  • Assist in collecting slow-moving receivables.
  • Build a sales funnel from projects and specification leads.
  • Maintain an order pipeline across accounts.
  • Identify financially stressed customers/applicators and take corrective actions.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders.
  • Work with specifications team to develop counter-strategies.
  • Conduct weekly customer visits and maintain account insights.
  • Partner with Nina/Percept sales managers for order generation.
