As a Sustainability Associate, you’ll help drive KiwiRail’s sustainability goals by supporting carbon emissions reporting, building internal engagement, and embedding sustainable practices across our business. You’ll play a key role in our Sustainability Programme—from leading our Team Kākāriki employee network to contributing to climate adaptation and waste minimisation projects and supporting business units to meet their sustainability targets.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that combines data analysis, communication, and project coordination to help us deliver meaningful progress on our sustainability commitments.
