Pursing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Energy/Sustainability and Built Environment.
Must be current enrollment as an undergraduate at an accredited 4-year U.S. college or university.
Rising Sophomore or Junior, graduating between December 2027 – May 2029.
You may get experience rotating through our core business segments, which include HVAC, Fire/Life Safety, Security, and Energy/Sustainability Systems
Skilled in using Windows laptops and adept at learning new software for programming and troubleshooting automation equipment.
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet
Strong analytical, writing, presentation and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
Ability to work 40-hours per week for the 10-week program (May - July or June - August)
Demonstrated leadership potential
Good verbal and written communication skills in English

10% of your time with be spent with the sales department learning how we go-to-market and sell our solutions and services
10% of your time will be spent in our service department, focusing on the service-related tasks needed to deliver world-class service to Siemens customers
There is no relocation or housing stipend for this program
80% of your time will be spent on project management-related activities (learning how to manage a construction project, on-the-job training, and shadowing, etc.)
