Description of the Leasing Consultant Position:The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing prospects and residents with exceptional sales and customer service, as well as maintaining awareness of all the happenings within the neighborhood and local rental market.

  • Utilizing AppFolio software to document prospect updates, assist current residents and overall maximize both prospect and resident experience
  • Building brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
  • Generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
  • Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
  • Working weekends (Saturday & Sunday) to help prospective residents look for their new home—two days off during the week
  • Contributing to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leases
