The Site Design team delivers multidisciplinary preliminary and construction design services for mixed‑use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports, schools, and other land development projects. As a Design Technician you will prepare planning and design documents, perform design calculations, work independently with occasional supervisor guidance, may lead less‑experienced staff, attend client meetings, and handle construction observation as needed.

Assist with basic CAD operations such as annotation, red‑line corrections, and plan publishing.
Use design software to draft plans and integrate information from past, current, and ongoing projects into models.
Perform engineering support tasks: gather data, maintain computer files, prepare drawing copies, and document design changes.
Add basic content to production sheets, including dimension/layout plans, title sheets, and detail sheets.
Receive guidance from a supervisor; work is subject to supervisor approval.
May be required to work in varied terrain, weather conditions, and on construction sites at different stages.
