The role is focused on coordinating operational activities within designated departments and supervising associates to achieve optimal performance while upholding quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will manage daily productivity targets, enforce safety initiatives, and ensure accurate production reporting. - Manage daily performance to meet shift productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Supervise safety initiatives, ensure a hazard‑free workplace, and proactively address safety concerns.
- Monitor hourly performance, complete production records, and perform required data entry.
- Assign daily work, enforce policies, conduct merit ratings, recognize outstanding performance, and apply discipline as needed.
- Resolve employee relations issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Perform quality inspections, document results, and handle nonconforming product documentation.
- Apply LEAN management principles to daily department activities.
- Communicate business objectives, goals, feedback and support corporate communications.
- Coordinate with other supervisors to plan and execute operational goals.
- Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure proper function for metric attainment.
- Verify availability of raw materials, components, equipment, and staff for smooth start‑up.

Candidates should have two to four years of manufacturing experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, with a working knowledge of MS AX preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, solid interpersonal abilities, and familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts are required. The position also demands problem‑solving aptitude, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and flexibility for occasional meetings or training sessions.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous, as the role involves supervising associates, conducting merit reviews, and applying effective associate supervision principles.
- 2–4 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficient with MS Office; working knowledge of MS AX preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
