The Technical Analyst II will provide both district-office and on-site IT support for construction teams in the Calgary region, with the option to be based in Calgary or Mississauga. This role blends hands-on field work with remote troubleshooting to keep critical technology operating smoothly.
Key duties include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing network and Wi‑Fi deployments, setting up construction-specific tools, and maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment. The analyst will also document configurations, train users, and work closely with central IT, project managers, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of IT support experience, strong skills in Windows, networking, and mobile-device management, and the ability to think critically under tight deadlines. Familiarity with construction software such as Procore or Bluebeam, solid communication abilities, and the willingness to work outdoors are essential, while CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus.
