Counsels’ employees about work-related issues and assists employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.
Monitors the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities.
Trains new employees in the organization's operating procedures and standards.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience with HV 480 electricity, cranes, hoists, and forklifts strongly preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC, Hydraulics, Electrical, pneumatic, furnace, compressor, plumbing, welding,and mechanical systems required.
Hands on person to assist the maintenance team preferred.
5 years related experience required.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of hot dip galvanizing, steel fabrication or other custom metal coating operations is preferred.
