Provide quality control of H&H deliverables
Direct and delegate technical tasks associated with H&H modeling projects.
Provide technical expertise in hydrology/hydraulics and stormwater management.
Communicates issues affecting technical task work quality, project schedule, or budget and escalates unresolved issues to a higher level as needed.

Experience with Civil 3D and development of design plansets is preferred

Experience with water/wastewater modeling or design is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for, organize, and manage project tasks. Experience with delegating work, writing proposals, or project budgeting are preferred.
Must be comfortable taking initiative to interact with others and resolve conflicts.
Demonstrated proficiency with H&H modeling software including, but not limited to, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ICM, PC-SWMM, XP-SWMM.
Experience in personnel management
Must be familiar with typical modeling and design project workflow
