Tasks

-Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and distribution of documents. -Assist in managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper filing. -Translate project documents, reports, drawings, and correspondence between English and Arabic. -Maintain a centralized repository of translated and controlled documents. -Support the Document Manager in implementing document control procedures. -Prepare document reports and summaries as required by the project team. -Ensure compliance with document control standards and project guidelines.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of document control standards and practices. -Proficiency in document management software (SharePoint, Aconex, ProjectWise, or equivalent). -Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Engineering, or related field. -Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. -Strong command of English and Arabic (written and spoken). -5+ years of experience in document control and translation, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
