Key responsibilities include providing strategic tax support on client proposals, cross‑border structuring, and business decisions, as well as assessing and mitigating tax risks such as permanent establishments, withholding tax, and VAT. The role leads international projects—M&A, internal reorganizations, country start‑ups, and legal entity rationalisation—covering due diligence, project management, documentation, and integration actions, while also handling ad‑hoc queries. Additionally, the manager oversees local compliance processes, manages WHT costs, evaluates uncertain tax positions for financial reporting, and supports tax audit management. Continuous improvement of tax processes, systems, and data quality, plus strong stakeholder collaboration, are also essential.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Manager to deliver high‑quality tax advice for entities within the AtkinsRéalis Group. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in international tax, with experience in tax advisory, M&A, and process improvement, and will be able to leverage technology for efficiency and accuracy.
Candidates must hold a full ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA qualification and have 7–10 years of tax experience, including process‑improvement work. Bilingualism in French and English is required, with knowledge of GST/VAT preferred. The role demands curiosity, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
AtkinsRéalis offers competitive compensation, employee recognition, and a flexible benefits package that can be tailored to health, wellbeing, financial, and lifestyle needs. Employees benefit from diverse training and professional development opportunities, a hybrid working culture, and generous time‑off policies to support work‑life balance.
