Strong freehand illustration and computer rendering skills.

In process of obtaining a four-year degree in Planning or related field.

Working toward or gained sustainability credential (LEED and/or ENVISION).
Use in depth knowledge of entitlement procedures and required regulatory approvals.
Portfolio or work samples may be required if considered for an interview
Use in depth knowledge of land planning theory and concepts in preparing land development concepts and master development plans.
Computer skills including AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design), Microsoft Word, MS Excel, and Geographic Information System (GIS).
