Project managers in this program support innovative, sustainable projects across infrastructure, buildings, water, and environmental sectors. They collaborate with experienced professionals, contributing to planning, coordination, and delivery from inception to completion.
Candidates studying construction or engineering disciplines such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management are eligible, and those from non‑accredited backgrounds with strong industry interest (e.g., Law, Management, Business) are also welcomed. Arcadis will support aspirants aiming for chartered status through bodies like RICS and APM.
Applicants should be pursuing a relevant degree and demonstrate Arcadian qualities including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork. Strong communication skills and the ability to apply technical knowledge to influence stakeholders are essential, as is willingness to travel or work virtually when required.
The Intern & Placement programme provides a hands‑on insight into Arcadis’ work, combining technical training with the firm’s core values. Over a 10–12‑week internship or a 12‑month placement, participants are immersed in real projects and client engagements, gaining both personal and professional development.
