Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent into the construction documentation
Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts
Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
Partner with Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of project

5-8 years

Experience with Critical Facilities (i.e. data centers, command and control centers, high-performance computing, etc.) or similarly complex projects required
Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
Proficient in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
LEED accreditation preferred
Experience in construction document preparation and field observation
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
5-8 years of post-graduation experience
