- Lead with care through our Early Intervention program, keeping a close eye on outcomes and cost effectiveness
- Stay responsive by overseeing safety incident reporting and ensuring timely, meaningful follow-up
- Keep wellbeing visible through initiatives like flu vaccinations, physio support, and gym memberships
- Drive strategy by helping implement health and safety plans at both divisional and group levels
- Spark engagement with safety presentations, workshops, and training that connect and inspire
- Coach for insight by guiding teams through incident investigations and uncovering root causes
- Be the trusted advisor on WHS legislation, codes of practice, and compliance matters
- Support our people by managing wellness, injury, and rehabilitation cases across Retail and Corporate teams

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated sound injury management skills and a proven effectiveness to secure positive outcomes in complex Workers’ Compensation and Income Protection related matters
- Coaching and auditing experience
- Project Management Certificate
- Completion of RTW Coordinator course or ability to complete
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- ICAM (or similar) investigation training
