The Valuation M&A and Strategic Ventures Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Equinix’s growth strategy by acting as the financial valuation engine within the M&A Finance team. This position involves developing and operating valuation models, conducting financial due diligence, and providing the analytical rigor needed for strategic investment decisions.
The analyst will develop, maintain, and audit operating and valuation models for potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic ventures, translating strategic assumptions into financial inputs and outputs. They will also perform scenario analyses, coordinate financial due diligence, assess risks, review transaction documents, and maintain market intelligence and pipeline databases, while supporting executive communications and continuous process improvement.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development, and hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related quantitative field. Technical mastery of advanced Excel (including macros) is required, while Python programming, AI automation concepts, strong US GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication skills are preferred.
The targeted base salary range is $90,000‑$136,000, with eligibility for bonuses and potential equity awards.
