The Service Ambassador actively manages and coordinates the delivery of the “World’s Best Workplace” across office and cafeteria floors. They serve as the primary point of contact for people seeking information, service and assistance, while ensuring cleanliness, safety and overall appearance of the assigned area. The role also includes guiding visitors, assisting professionals with appropriate meeting rooms, and collaborating with other teams to maintain a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities span integrated facilities management, ownership and stakeholder management, residence and visitor services, floor aesthetics, cleanliness, and asset sustainment. The ambassador facilitates unassigned seating, builds community engagement, manages floor aesthetics, handles help‑desk tickets, and organizes events to enhance collaboration.

- Proactively prepare visitors for the on‑site experience
- Support team administrators with onboarding, locker assignment and floor orientation
- Ensure on‑floor meetings and events are set up and run smoothly
- Provide concierge‑style services beyond normal duties
- Manage floor aesthetics and organization to prevent quality degradation
- Address and tidy items left in communal spaces
- Champion clean‑desk policy and work with stakeholders to enforce it
- Remove unattended personal belongings and manage lost‑and‑found
- Reset desks and conference rooms to proper configurations
- Manage meeting‑room conflicts and promote etiquette
- Oversee floor filing and locker space for individuals and departments
- Conduct morning floor checks
- Continually audit floor cleanliness and address issues immediately
- Adjust cleaning schedules to resolve repeated problems
- Manage whiteboard and bulletin board content duration
- Submit help‑desk tickets for identified issues and update signage
- Perform regular punch‑lists to identify further floor issues
- Escalate repeat issues and work with help‑desk for long‑term solutions
- Track and resolve outstanding help‑desk tickets same day
- Check functionality of floor TVs and way‑finding screens
- Manage inventories of resident kit (headsets, mugs, keyboards, mice) and maintain reserves
- Operate all floor tech equipment and serve as a resource for immediate assistance
- Observe health and safety guidelines, using safety signs and barriers
- Monitor temperature and report through proper processes
