Providing leadership in the planning, design, and execution of major water/wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in utility infrastructure
Collaborating with senior management on strategic planning for water/wastewater services and assisting with business development efforts including client engagement and proposal development
Overseeing project teams, ensuring alignment with technical standards, project schedules, and organizational goals
Performing QA/QC on project deliverables, ensuring the technical accuracy and constructability of water/wastewater engineering designs and documentation
Reviewing and approving project deliverables, including drawings and specifications
Managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects of varying complexity
Serving as a technical expert in water and wastewater engineering
Preparing proposals and/or funding applications
Mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level engineers
Preparing project documents and designs, conducting analyses, interpreting data, and planning and coordinating specific aspects of water/wastewater engineering work

Typically requires 12+ years of relevant and progressive water and wastewater engineering experience

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools for design, project management, and analysis
Proven success in managing large and/or complex projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
