- Review and provide feedback on the SOP for estimating process, including RFP receipt, document repository, estimate and proposal development, risk analysis tools, IFB/IFC true ups, and cost and productivity feedback loop from operations to ensure direct link to Project Execution needs.
- Initial Procurement of long-lead items and bulk materials for projects and inventory
- Work with Sales and Regional Management to implement and enforce opportunity tracking SOP within a CRM from RFP to Award
- Supplement up-front customer interactions as needed/available to help drive sales
- <20% of monthly revenue accrued (ensure timely billing across the business)
- Ensure bid log data is accurate to track win rate and other pertinent sales data
- Support the development of new T&M rate sheets for each region.
- Manage the project controls team and maintain oversight of Loenbro’s project managers in order to meet the following existing KPIs:
- Support current projects as needed. If necessary, parachute in to rectify a situation related to margin erosion or customer relationship turbulence.
- Support estimating effort as needed and participate in bid reviews to ensure estimates fall in line with historical production, costing, and margins.
- Develop processes in order to measure newly developed KPIs:
- Create feedback look to pre-construction of production and cost history as well as project execution best practices to incorporate at the time of bid.
- Partner with Sales to manage project handoff to Estimating for all qualified leads
- Support resource management throughout the divisions: labor and equipment leveling, including year-end Cap Ex requirements, as needed across the regions
- Project Lifecycle: develop, train, and audit the following:
- Develop Execution Plans and Site-Specific Safety Plans as needed
- Create and/or direct the creation of job cards and postmortem documents for reference
- Work with Regional Operations Management to ensure compliance with SOPs and reporting requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in any field.
- % of Loenbro supervisors trained to certain levels (i.e. Heavyjob 1, Heavyjob 2, Heavyjob 3)
- External work environment leading to exposure to external elements: uneven surfaces, extreme hot and cold temperatures, active construction equipment, animal interactions, etc.
- Access to scopes of work at extreme heights and inside trenches or confined spaces (including tanks and vessels)
- Exposure to areas that require supplement breathing apparatuses
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
- Adverse weather conditions for vehicle travel
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
- Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction of industrial projects.
- Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.
- Pass Loenbro Background check.
- Physical and mental ability to address the potential hazards listed below
- Competent person training as required
- Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record and maintenance of such driving record.
- Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors and adverse gases
- Pass rate % of project audits
- Exposure to areas with limited visibility
- Proficiency with technical writing.
