- Keep proper records of work orders received and completed through Aspire and Weathermatic
- Map out areas for irrigation installation
- Improve irrigation systems by accurately and timely
- Record parts used on each jobsite
- Properly operate snow removal equipment
- Train, Communicate and direct crew on proper use of
- Test soil and vegetation to determine irrigation needs
- Proactively report problem areas/concerns to Division Manager and/or Garden Manager for evaluation
- Report updates after each site visit to Garden Manager, Irrigation Coordinator, and Division manager via email
- Notify People Operations of any accidents or injuries and submit paperwork according to Company policy
- Maintain accurate daily time keeping via Aspire/Mtime mobile app
- Record concise and pertinent information in the notes section of each site ticket
- Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
- Perform irrigation startups, service calls, and
- Properly park and secure crew vehicle at each property
- Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment
- Identify repairs as needed
- Plow, shovel, and apply ice melt in designated areas as assigned
- Locates, excavates, and repairs or replaces damaged or
- Install pumps and electrical timers
- Ensure crew is working safely and job sites are safe at all times; anticipate potential hazards
- Conduct routine maintenance checks
- Tests complete irrigation systems for proper
- Troubleshoot low voltage lighting issues as needed
- Check fluid levels before operating
- Attend departmental safety trainings
- Maintain predetermined levels of inventory in service
- Dig trenches and install pipes and lines
- Troubleshoot water feature issues as needed
- Inspect and load equipment for the day’s work
- Effectively communicate with clients when needed Safety

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred)
- Previous field experience within landscape industry (maintenance or construction)
- Valid driver’s license with approval from fleet insurance carrier (Required)
- Certified Irrigation Technician (Preferred)
- Licensed Colorado Irrigation Technician (Preferred)
- Proven troubleshooting experience in a residential or commercial irrigation technician role
