Monitor CGHelp for NIWC CG IPT documentation and notate changes to HW/SW/FW in As-Builts in CMPro.

Ability to have a general high-level understanding of the C5ISCINST M4130 Configuration and Change Management Policy.
Working knowledge of the NIWC Atlantic Process Framework, including the CM Process.
Eight years’ defense acquisition and/or sustainment CM experience.
Have DoD Secret security clearance.
Extensive hands-on experience working in the area of CM
Strong familiarity and recent experience with CMPro.
Twelve years of hands-on experience with USCG C4ISR equipment identified in the PWS to include three of the following four areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in C4ISR communication systems.
Experienced with MS Office Products.
Ability to document HW/SW/FW Configuration Items (CIs) as NIWC implements and documents changes to system configurations.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
Ability to report risks and issues to the above to the IPT HW/SW CM Lead.
