  • Requirements Analysis: Identify and document user needs, functional requirements, and technical specifications for information systems.
  • System Maintenance: Providing ongoing support for existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementation of necessary updates and modifications.
  • Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on technical matters.
  • System Design: Develop logical and physical system designs, including data models, process flows and user interfaces.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and system specifications.
  • System Support: Work with business and ITS team members and software vendors to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues.
  • System Implementation: Implement new systems or system enhancements, including software installation, configuration, and testing.

  • Experience with SQL (Preferred)
  • 7 years’ experience in IT, including experience supporting supply chain and manufacturing systems

  • Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting systems used in the construction industry (Preferred)
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Payables and Receivables (Preferred)
  • Experience and basic understanding of Service Management methodologies
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement and Supply Planning (Preferred)
