

Providing engineering, procurement, and construction services to the energy and industrial sectors.
You will work on nuclear power plant systems design, preparing and reviewing modification packages, functional mechanical drawings, and engineering analyses that support plant operations and upgrades. You will also develop technical specifications, procurement documents, and evaluate vendor bids for plant equipment.
The role includes developing cost estimates for client‑requested scopes, visiting client offices or plant sites to present engineering status, and leading project teams. These activities provide direct client interaction and leadership experience.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days per week on‑site at Sargent & Lundy’s Peachtree Corners, GA office. The role supports the Nuclear Power Group’s engineering efforts.
Candidates must hold a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program and have at least ten years of experience in the nuclear power industry. A working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations is required, and a PE license is advantageous but not mandatory. The position does not offer U.S. work‑authorization sponsorship.

The advertised salary range is $142,710 to $215,440, complemented by a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation disclosures comply with all local and state regulations and reflect the company’s commitment to rewarding performance.
