The Strategic Account Executive will develop and expand JCB’s strategic account network, aiming to increase market share by generating new accounts and maintaining existing ones within the South‑Central territory covering Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
Key responsibilities include building profitable major account relationships, selling the full JCB product line, forecasting and reporting activities, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and leveraging performance metrics to enhance profitability.
Candidates must have eight or more years of major‑account or outside‑sales experience, established relationships with national contractors, a BA in Business or a related field, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals and generating leads. Strong knowledge of the complete sales cycle, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with integrity are essential.
