Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align security delivery with project requirements
Coordinate test activities and planning ahead for on time delivery
Manage and coordinate commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of integration projects.
Support procurement activities in collaboration with the engineering team and suppliers including BOM, RFP, RFQs
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery, verification, validation, and testing including FAT and SAT of security integration programs
Lead project scheduling, resource planning, and progress reporting, ensuring that milestones are achieved within defined timelines and budgets
Coordinate and resolve technical and delivery issues with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and decision registers, proactively escalating risks and issues with impact assessments.
Lead the development and execution of detailed project and test plans, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with internal team and vendors to ensure technical and delivery performance.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting is an advantage
Detailed knowledge of OT, cyber and electronic security systems
Ability to manage project schedule and report
Demonstrated experience in managing complex system integration projects across OT and security domains.
Previous relevant experience in transport projects is preferred; however, experience in other critical infrastructure sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Defence, or Telecommunications is also highly regarded.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in system integration, design, and delivery of OT/ICS systems, security and network systems.
Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, manage vendors, internal delivery team and subcontractors, and liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
