Align with all current purchasing policies, procedures, and guidelines including electronic purchase orders.
Collaborate with all stakeholders (operations, national supply chain management, and finance teams) to prepare and review vendor agreements for terms, price, and acceptability of items to specification.
Track and maintain accurate documentation, including the coordination of vehicle/equipment repairs and maintenance.
Lead and participate in Company initiatives as required.
Serve as a point of contact for sites for equipment and material needs as required.
Investigate alternative product options, negotiate with vendors, and expand vendor network.
Support project teams to determine procurement and equipment needs.
Support the Equipment Yard and project teams with all related administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory management and dispatch of equipment and materials.

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP systems such as Orion, Viewpoint, or SAP is considered an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to unpredictable activities in a dynamic environment.
High school diploma
Previous experience working in a procurement, administrative, equipment, or related role in a construction environment considered an asset.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently on routine tasks.
Understand Company's guidelines pertaining to warehousing and delivery to various work sites.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines through effective prioritization.
Basic knowledge of construction practices, equipment and materials is considered an asset.
